Hounds
Hair is
owned
and
operated
by
Hilary
Rogers
NCMG.
The
National
Association
of Dog
Groomers
has
recognized her
talent by
awarding
her the
title of
Certified
Master
Groomer.
Hilary
is
certified
in all
categories
of
breeds
and
continues
to win
multiple
awards
in
grooming
competitions
around
the
country.
Hilary
grew up
in
England
and
Ireland and
began
showing and
breeding
dogs in
her
youth.
She
trained
as a
veterinary
technician
while
working
in
Ireland
and
Germany,
ultimately
becoming
a
groomer
in
London's
fashionable
West
End.
Hilary
moved to
the
United
States
in 1985
and was
employed
as Head
Veterinary
Technician
and
supervisor
at the
Ponte
Vedra
Animal
Hospital. She
subsequently
opened
"Hilary
Rogers
Grooming"
located
at the
Animal
Hospital. After
several successful
years,
she
opened
Hounds
Hair in
1999.
In 2010
Hilary
expanded
her
business
and
opened a
daycare
facility.
Today,
Hilary
owns
four
dogs. Bron and
Fia
-
two
Scottish
Deerhounds, Cerys,
a Bedlington
Terrier,
and
Jolie -
a cream
and grey
sable
Standard
Poodle.
